The 231 Model
What is the 231 Model?
The 231 Model is a system of organization and corporate control provided for by Law 231/2001 to prevent crimes. Using blockchain can enhance transparency, auditability, and automation of business processes, reducing the risk of regulatory breaches and illegal behavior due to its immutability and data security.

The platform defines three key roles: the company, responsible for providing the documents for creating the 231 Model; the consultant, in charge of compiling the Model; and the supervisory body, responsible for verifying and updating the models.
Request Document Upload
The Consultant can request the company representative to upload a specific document, select its type, and optionally specify the desired delivery date.
Traceability and Tracking of Actions
The system keeps a record of every action performed by users on the distributed ledger: request, upload, or approval of the document. Each event is associated with the date and time and the user who performed it. All recorded data will be stored on the blockchain and cannot be modified or tampered with.
Uploading Minutes
The Supervisory Body uploads the inspection or ordinary minutes. Minutes are also recorded on the blockchain and will always be accessible in the system only by the Supervisory Body user.
